课程介绍About this course
该资格证书反映了在老年护理服务中完成专业任务和职能的支持工作者的角色，服务环境包括养老院、家庭或社区。工作者将在既定的组织指南内对自己的工作成果负责，并通过制定、促进和审核个性化服务计划与交付，来保证高质量的护理服务。
This qualification reflects the role of support workers who complete specialised tasks and functions in aged care services; either in residential, home or community based environments. Workers will take responsibility for their own outputs within defined organisation guidelines and maintain quality delivery through the development, facilitation and review of individualised service planning and delivery.
