About this course
This qualification reflects the role of community service workers who provide and support person-centred services to individuals and groups. Workers may offer support, advocacy, or interventions to individuals, groups, or communities across a range of services. At this level, workers may have limited autonomy within established parameters and may supervise others. Work may take place in various community service, casework, or case management settings.

Entry requirements
Residing in South Australia, and being an Australian permanent resident, Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen, or holder of an eligible visa; with demonstrated proficiency in English and computer skills.
